Are there any steps that must be taken prior to filing a grievance?
The Division recommends you address concerns using the following steps:
- Contact your caseworker's supervisor
- Contact the Assistant Regional Administrator for your location
- Contact the Regional Administrator for your location
- Contact the Office of Children's Services Administrator
For complaints about unprofessional staff conduct, you can also contact the Division's Constituent Relations Liaison.
