You don’t need to take any steps before filing a complaint. You can choose from two options: (1): File a complaint with the State Child Ombudsman; or (2) Submit a complaint to the Office of State Inspector General. See Q&A below for more detailed information.

Fill out an online complaint form with the State Child Ombudsman or with the Office of State Inspector General.
