Preparation
Are there any steps that must be taken prior to filing a grievance?

First you should talk to your caseworker regarding any problems, greivances, or issues that have come up.

No formal complaint process exists but information regarding concerns or issues can be found at the State of Maine Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
