- No
- Type of Recording and Consent Laws
- All Party Consent, notice to all parties is required
- Are the Recordings Admissible in Court in this State?
- Recording requires ALL parties to consent. You may only record if the other party knows. Meaning, if you are recording CPS then you must notify and recieve the consent of CPS.
